Data & Voice Network Cabling
Structured cabling is the foundation of every reliable business network. Whether you are expanding an existing facility, relocating employees, deploying new equipment, or building out a new location, selecting the appropriate cabling infrastructure is essential to long-term network performance.
The most common copper cabling categories used today are CAT5e, CAT6, and CAT6A. Each offers different performance characteristics based on bandwidth requirements, transmission distance, Power over Ethernet (PoE) requirements, and future growth plans. During our free site survey, we evaluate your current and anticipated needs to recommend the most appropriate solution for your environment.

CAT 5e Cabling
CAT5e remains a cost-effective solution for many business applications. Supporting data rates up to 1 Gigabit per second at distances up to 100 meters, CAT5e is commonly used for workstations, printers, VoIP telephones, security devices, and other network-connected equipment. It also supports PoE+ applications requiring up to 30 watts of power delivery.

CAT 6 Cabling
CAT6 cabling provides increased performance and bandwidth capacity for modern business networks. It supports data rates up to 10 Gigabits per second at shorter distances and 1 Gigabit per second up to 100 meters. CAT6 is frequently deployed in offices, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and industrial environments where higher network performance and increased PoE requirements are anticipated.

COAX
While Ethernet cabling supports most modern business networking applications, coaxial cabling continues to play an important role in many facilities. We install and repair coaxial cable infrastructure for internet service provider extensions, television distribution systems, surveillance applications, and other specialized communication requirements.
CAT 6A
CAT6A is designed for applications requiring sustained 10 Gigabit network performance across the full 100-meter channel distance. It also supports high-power PoE applications and provides additional protection against crosstalk and electromagnetic interference. CAT6A is commonly specified for new commercial construction, data-intensive environments, and organizations planning for future bandwidth growth.
